In the second stage, the works that fall under the theme of the magazine are checked with the antiplagiarism software.
The works that fulfill all conditions requiered are sent to two independent scientific referees for evaluation article. Author's identity is not disclosed to reviewers. Evaluators transmit to the chief editor their opinion on the scientific content of the paper.
The chief editor will summarize reviewer comments and he will communicate them to the author.
